Had a great day out with all the other crazy dog ladies (& their partners) at Salix restaurant at the Willow Creek Winery. Fabulous food and brilliant company are a wonderful way to wile away a lazy sunday afternoon.

Midnight and away we go !!! Off on the adventure of a lifetime as we travel down the Hume Highway to attend the first Finnish Lapphund Speciality in the Southern Hemisphere. I had been concerned during the week that I wouldn't make it as I have had a dreadful flu. As it was I had to cut down the number of dogs that I had entered because I now have handlers for the remaining dogs. Sorry Paddington and Maximus, you miss out this time.
 This is something the Finnish Lapphund Club of Vic has been planning for some time and I am thrilled to be able to attend and see Lappies from all over the country.
Fabulous entry of 81 for the Lappie Speciality and 61 entered in the Spitz Breed Club of Vic show in the morning of the 11th June.
Tonight , Dave and I attended the Trivia night and dinner put on by the FLCVIC. Great night and we won tickets to see Collingwood and Carlton play on the 6th July Woooo Hoooo !!! Looks like a trip back to Vic in the next month.
